How to encourage adoption and sustained activity on your SoapBox

Whenever employees have input on how to make your company the best it can be, their first instinct should be to share it on SoapBox. That way others can weigh in and the right leaders can take notice. But building good SoapBox habits can be difficult; after all, before SoapBox many employees didn't have a way to share their input!

Pre-launch communications plan - use this template as a guide to building out your own pre-launch communications plan; feel free to add or omit whatever you'd like to make it fit with your organizational structure and culture.

Pre-launch email templates - we've given you a few examples of emails you could send to employees and leaders to get them ready for your big SoapBox debut. You know your audience best so we encourage you to customize these to best suit your culture. 

SoapBox rewards and recognition thought starters - we've pulled together a list of possible reward and recognition tactics you could use to encourage sustained engagement on your SoapBox.

CEO video script template - encouragement from the CEO is a great way to rally employees and leaders around your SoapBox and organizational goals. Your CEO can use our script as a starting point to craft their own personalized video message. 

Refer a Friend template - a great way to get new users onto SoapBox is to run Refer a Friend campaigns once or twice a year. Check out the attached email template for suggested messaging and let your CSM know if you'd like to run a campaign (we'll need to set up an extra field on your sign-in page).
