It's important to regularly share program highlights with your Executive team to show them the impact your SoapBox program is having on the organization. Use the attached tools to engage your executives during pre-launch and regularly after you've launched your SoapBox.
Once you've got your key program elements in place, use the attached Executive SoapBox Program Overview template to present to your Executive team. Be sure to emphasize their role in the success of your program:
- Encourage employees to engage
- Collaborate via comments on at least 1 SoapBox conversation per week
- Showcase a favourite SoapBox conversation regularly in an internal comms channel (e.g. at each all-staff meeting, or in the weekly corporate newsletter)

Top conversations - which inputs have been collaborated on most? Showcase those that have engaged the most people, or that have done the best job of working through the logistics of a suggestion.
Quick win - share inputs that can quickly be acted on; maybe you've got the resources set aside, or it's something that will require little effort. Be sure to celebrate these once they're implemented!
Our Ask - include next steps for your executive leaders. Maybe they can showcase one of the top conversations in their next all-staff email, or they can run a Challenge to encourage more activity.
