How to Get the Best Insights from the SoapBox Dashboard

Arm your leaders with the most insightful SoapBox stats

For now, the SoapBox dashboard is only available to Program Managers, so we've made it simple to find the stats you need to share with your leaders and SoapBox team.

Step 1: Filter by time frame - choose one of the pre-set time frames, or customize using the calendar



Step 2: Filter by Organizational Group - A list of your SoapBox hierarchies will appear in the second drop down menu. In this example, we've set up our SoapBox to filter input by Department, but your hierarchies might be Location, Role, or whatever group makes sense for your organization. If you don't have Hierarchies set up yet, talk to your CSM!



Step 3: Take Screenshots of the most insightful stats and paste them into the report you use to present information to your leaders. Your report should be organized around four questions
 
  1. Who is collaborating? 
  2. What are they collaborating on?
  3. Are leaders closing feedback loops?
  4. Are we progressing our top priorities?
